stained glass dream catcher pattern

Some interesting dream catcher facts: From the American Indian tradition within the Chippewa tribe. Strands in a web pattern around a small red dyed round wooden frame would be hung as a "dream-catcher" or charm to protect sleeping children from nightmares and evil spirits. The legend says bad dreams will get caught in the web. From the late 1960's modifications from the original web and round hoop took many shapes and forms but remains a prominent symbol of early native American heritage and folklore.
